Giving
What is the Fund for All Saints?
The Fund for All Saints (Annual Fund) is our yearly appeal for contributions that support the rich and diverse learning environment that All Saints provides. As in most independent schools, tuition alone does not cover all costs associated with running the school. Donations to the Fund close this gap and make it possible to achieve greatness.
While our Spring Auction helps us launch new initiatives at the School, The Fund for All Saints helps make those initiatives sustainable from year to year. That is why we say, if you have one gift to make to the school, The Fund for All Saints is the place to do it.
The Annual Fund runs from July 1 – June 30 each year.

FAQ
Please feel free to call 201-792-6292 or email admissions@allsaintsdayschool.org with any additional questions.
We already pay tuition, why do we need to donate money to the school?
What does the money from the Annual Fund go toward?
What is the difference between the Annual Fund and Spring Auction giving?
Who is asked for gifts?
How much should I give?
What you give is entirely up to you, but we hope that All Saints will be a philanthropic priority for every All Saints family and ask that you make a gift that is meaningful to you. No gift is too small and every gift is important and appreciated. Last year, the average gift size was $1,200, with gifts ranging from $15 to $20,000.
How will my Annual Fund gift be acknowledged?
Your gift will be acknowledged in the Annual Report, which is distributed each fall and lists all donors to the school. If you prefer, you can make your gift anonymously by directing the Development Office not to list your name. If your gift is matched by your employer, the matched amount will be counted towards your total giving and acknowledged as such in the Annual Report.
What is a matching gift?
Why not simply raise the tuition and eliminate the Annual Fund?
Keeping the tuition more affordable means that an All Saints education is available to a broader range of families.
I can make only one gift to All Saints. Should I give to the Annual Fund or other school fundraising initiatives?
What impact will my small gift have?
Spring Auction
Each spring, All Saint Episcopal Day School hosts an auction that has become one of the most anticipated events of the season. Family and friends gather to celebrate our success and enjoy an evening of bidding on silent and live auction items. The funds raised at the Spring Auction support new initiatives at the school.
There are several ways to support the Spring Auction – through sponsorships, ticket purchases, bidding on auction items, and making tax-deductible monetary donations.

Volunteering
We recognize that financial donations to the school are just one way of providing support. At All Saints, we equally welcome donations of time and talent. We are always looking for volunteers to help out at school and fundraising events.
Annual Reports
About the All Saints Endowment and the endowment fund for the Brad Ost Scholarship:
The All Saints Endowment is comprised of funds raised for the long-term health and vitality of the institution. These funds are invested to both grow the corpus and continually generate income for needs identified by the Board of Trustees. Having an endowment increases the stability and sustainability of All Saints, providing dependable resources beyond annual tuition and gifts.
The Brad Ost Scholarship is a fund within the umbrella of the broader All Saints Endowment. It was established through the leadership of Ed Ribaudo, an ASEDS Class of 2023 parent and a former trustee, to honor and support his late husband’s wish to leave a lasting impact on our community. Friends and All Saints families have donated to the Brad Ost fund for several years to grow it to the point where it can generate sufficient annual income for a partial scholarship. 2023 is the inaugural year of the scholarship.
